To uphold high standards, we provide suppliers with clear guidance on sourcing fabric from reliable channels. We identify industries capable of delivering timely, high-quality fabric with the specified weight, construction, color, and other desired attributes.
Each factory we engage with undergoes a comprehensive assessment at two levels: one to evaluate capacity and capability, and the other to verify environmental control measures and compliance with labor laws. This ensures the procurement of high-quality fabric with the desired weight, construction, color, and other specifications.
We coordinate the sampling process with suitable suppliers based on buyers' designs and sketches.s
We carefully examine the prices provided by the supplier and leverage our own understanding of the cost structure in the country to obtain the most accurate and realistic pricing from them.
After placing an order with a supplier, we implement a series of measures to ensure the shipment of accurate merchandise. We extract fabric samples and meticulously assess their quality, weight, shrinkage, color fastness, and other relevant factors. Lab-dips are requested, and approval from buyers for shades is obtained before bulk fabric is dyed.
Prior to commencing production, we acquire approval samples and conduct a thorough examination covering size specifications, workmanship, cleanliness, and the proper fit of the garment. We consistently offer suggestions for potential enhancements in the production process to elevate workmanship and achieve flawless merchandise.
Our team of quality controllers conducts surprise visits to factories at regular intervals, ensuring adherence to the correct quality standards and promptly rejecting sub-standard or defective pieces within the production pipeline.
Upon completion of the consignment, we perform a systematic inspection in accordance with our buyers' specifications. If the merchandise meets the required standards, we issue a certificate of inspection.
We meticulously track each order, monitoring it from the fabric stage to garment production and finally to the shipment stage. Progress updates are consistently communicated to the buyer at every stage, ensuring they are well-informed about the real-time status of their orders.
We carefully review shipping documents to ensure their compliance with the buyer's instructions and dispatch them well in advance. It is our policy to engage only reputable forwarders for handling our cargo. This ensures that we receive accurate and timely information regarding exact sailing details, ETD/ETA of vessels, and allows us to seek priority in booking and loading whenever possible.
In certain situations, we may coordinate the grouping of cargo arriving from different suppliers. This approach enables the buyer to import multiple consignments as a single lot, thereby reducing import costs associated with freight, clearing, forwarding, and cargo handling. If needed, we can assist in negotiating and obtaining special freight rates based on regular turnover, further contributing to the reduction of the buyer's import costs.
In order to prevent demurrage at the destination, we promptly gather copies of shipping documents, including B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing list, original G.S.P., Certificate of Origin, Export Certificate, etc., from all suppliers immediately after shipment. These documents are then forwarded to the respective buyers.
If any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction arise regarding any order, we actively engage in facilitating a mutually acceptable solution to address the issue.
